Sending your Anodyne System in for Service.

If you are experiencing problems with your Anodyne Therapy System, please contact us at 800-521-6664 or email service@anodynetherapy.com. Please have the serial number of the device and a detailed description of the problem you are having.

In order to determine the best course of action to take to solve your problem, you will be asked by a service technician to perform simple troubleshooting steps either over the phone or via email. If we cannot solve your problem over the phone, you will be asked to ship the original parts/system back to us for repair or replacement.

If your unit serial number begins with MH0
•	Contact us to determine warranty status
	○	If your unit is in warranty, you are only responsible for original product return costs
	○	If your unit is out of warranty, you will be responsible for shipping and repair costs for service to your system.
•	Your system will be evaluated, repaired and shipped back to you. Please do not send any soft goods, such as the carrying case, soft shoe or manual.

If your unit serial number begins with MP0
•	Contact us to determine warranty status
	○	If your unit is in warranty, you are only responsible for original product return costs
	○	If your unit is out of warranty, you will be responsible for shipping and repair costs for service to your system.
•	Send back the original parts/system as instructed by the technical support agent.
•	Please fill out the Repair Request Form in its entirety, and fax it to 800-835-4581.
•	Once we receive the completed form with tracking information, we will ship out the necessary replacement products.

Product Warranty

Anodyne Therapy, LLC (“Manufacturer”) warrants the Anodyne^® Therapy System (“The Product”) to the immediate purchaser as follows:

Limited Warranty
Manufacturer warrants that The Product sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase with normal use for Anodyne Therapy Products and one (1) year from date of purchase for Mobile Pain Relief Products (except battery). If the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, Manufacturer shall, at its option either repair or replace the damaged Product at its sole expense. This warranty does not cover any Products that have been abused, misused, or tampered with in any way.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE, WHICH ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state. To the extent allowed by applicable law, in no event shall manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages or lost profits from any breach of this warranty.
